Join Ranger Derik on a 2.5 mile loop as the sun goes down and learn about the wildlife that calls the Sonoran Desert home. Once the stars come out the blacklights turn on as we hunt for the 3 species of scorpion found at Cave Creek. The trails are rated as moderate and can be rocky and steep in some places. Please make sure to have a flashlight and extra batteries along with some water. Bathrooms and water founds are available at the nature center. MEETING LOCATION: Nature Center Limit 20 participants. If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call back ASAP so those on the waiting list may be contacted. Registration for this program will close on 6/19/24.
