Come join Ranger Kevin as we hike the 3 miles along Yavapai Point Trail. We'll be stopping to look at various plants and animals as we make our way to the top, where a spectacular view of Lake Pleasant awaits us. This trail is rated moderate, with some sections of loose, rocky terrain and substantial elevation change. Be sure to bring water, hiking shoes and your questions about the Sonoran Desert! Hats and sunscreen are strongly recommended. Registration is required for this program and group size will be limited to 20 people. Restrooms are available near the trailhead. NO pets, please. MEETING LOCATION: Cottonwood Trailhead (Lake Pleasant North Entrance).

If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please email back ASAP so those on the waiting list may be contacted. Registration for this program will close on 5/19/23.
