Please bring 3 liters of water and a flashlight or headlamp with fresh batteries for the hike. We will be starting during the end of the day but the sun is still powerful at this time and UV index will be high as well so make sure to have sunscreen and a good hat. The trails will be rocky sandy and steep in places so make sure you have proper shoes with you. If balance is an issue for you on loose terrain, please bring along a set of hiking poles. Water can be found at the nature center and a bathroom is located at the trailhead. MEETING LOCATION: Coldwater Trailhead Limit 20 participants.
