Have you ever wanted to learn more about butterflies? Well, here is your chance! The Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a butterfly monitoring workshop and several butterfly monitoring events to help determine population trends, species richness, and diversity within the county. Attend the workshop and learn:

Meet at the Nature Center. Please bring water, a snack, a hat, sunscreen, closed-toed shoes, and be prepared to walk in the desert. Participants should be 18 or older. young adults (13 ) may participate with supervision or a parent's waiver.
