We’ll head down Lost Sheep Trail for a 3.2-mile round trip stroll. This easy rated trail will offer a number of opportunities to observe and discuss native plants and wildlife. We’ll chat about their ecological, historical, and sometime economic or medicinal values as we make our way through the desert. Closed toed shoes and water bottles are required for this hike. Hats and sunscreen are recommended. Feel free to bring along cameras, hiking poles, and whatever other gear makes you comfortable. As we will be looking for wildlife, no pets please. Restrooms and water will be available at the Nature center, near the trailhead.
