Join Ranger Derik on a strenuous uphill hike to Wind Cave and take in the views of
the mountains and the city lights. Click program title for more details.
We will hike Wind Cave Trail with 800ft of elevation and at a distance of 3 miles, it is rated as difficult. The trail is steep and rocky so you are encouraged bring proper footwear and trekking poles are great to have. Please bring plenty of water and a flashlight with fresh batteries. MEETING LOCATION: Wind Cave parking lot, next to the bathrooms, by the kiosk Limit 15 participants. To register, please call the Nature Center at (602) 506-2930 ext. 4 with your name, phone number and number of people attending. If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list. Registration for this program will close on 11/27/23.
