Gila Monster. Scorpions. Our desert is full of iconic critters with bad reputations all out to get us…or are they? Ranger Shaun is here to help answer that question, challenge some misconceptions and set the record straight. While these animals may not be safe to approach, few wild animals are! But they are no more trying to kill you than are elephants, zebra, deer, or coyote.
