Ranger Nikki will be on hand to chat about our Sonoran Desert’s majestic saguaro cacti. Learn about their important part of the ecosystem as a keystone species, from tiny seed to blooming and fruiting food source to fallen skeleton. This program will take place inside the Nature Center. If you are hiking before or after this, wear closed-toe shoes and bring a hat, sunscreen and plenty of water. Restrooms and water are available at the Nature Center.
