Join Ranger Kevin for a 4.5-mile hike on the Slate, Quartz, Flat Rock and Go John trails. Trails are rated easy to moderate, so expect some areas of loose rock, uneven terrain and elevation change. We will be on the lookout for all kinds of wildlife along the way. Some animals we may see include mule deer, javelina, squirrels, rabbits, various birds and perhaps a reptile or two. Please wear sturdy closed-toe shoes and bring plenty of water. Hats and sunscreen are also highly recommended. Restrooms are available near the Nature Center. No pets, please.

If you find you cannot attend a program after you have registered, please call the Nature Center ASAP so we may contact those on the waiting list. Registration for this program will close on 9/22.
