You will be hiking alone the Waterfall Trail, which is rated as easy, however there are a few short rocky sections towards the middle of the hike. Alone the hike we will stop by grinding stones, petroglyphs and many native desert edible plants to look at and in some cases even sample (if they are in season). We will be out for 1.5 hours so make sure you have plenty of water, sunscreen, and a snack. It is encouraged that you wear hiking boots or running shoes and proper clothing for the weather. Water and bathrooms are available at the trailhead.
