 Come along with Ranger Shaun for a morning hike down Metate trail and back along part of Spur Cross trail. We’ll talk about the desert, water, and look for critters along the way. These trails are rated Easy and Moderate, total distance for the loop is about 1.7 miles. Please bring plenty of water, a snack, sunscreen, and wear closed toed shoes and appropriate clothing. No pets please. There are port-a-potties available at the trailhead. MEETING LOCATION: Spur Cross Picnic Area Limit 10 participants.
